Where can i change my profession?Now I am an necromancer/warrior
i want to be necromancer/monk.Where is the guy that changes professions?

the best place to do it, IMO, is the great temple of balthazar.got there, and look for the profession changer. doesnt matter which campaign

However, you do have to be Ascended or Closer to the Stars for the Priest of Balthazar option to work. In Nightfall, complete the Consulate Docks mission (fourth one) and then do the quest Hunted in Yohlon Haven. Check out this link for all campaign options...
